CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 11 July 2008 relating to
the acquisition by To The Point Growth Specialist Investments 2 (Pty) Limited of
a 47.8% stake in Village, the following changes to the board of directors of
Village should be noted:
Mr CML Savage, non-executive chairman and Mr RAL Atkinson, executive director
have resigned from the board of directors of Village with immediate effect.
Messrs ZB Swanepoel, CS Halsey and D Ncube have been appointed to the board of
directors of Village as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
As at 11 July 2008, the board of directors of Village will be constituted as
follows -
