Further to the announcement dated 28 May 2008, shareholders are advised that
negotiations are still in progress, which if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of Anbeeco`s securities, and, accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when trading in Anbeeco
shares until a further announcement is made, setting out the financial effects
of the acquisition detailed in the 12 December 2006 announcement.
