CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
It is with regret that the board of Medi-Clinic announces the death of Dr
Vincent Msibi on Saturday, 12 July 2008. Dr Msibi served as a non-executive
director of the company since November 2005, representing Phodiso Holdings, one
of Medi-Clinic`s strategic black partners.
The board and employees of Medi-Clinic extend their condolences to Dr Msibi`s
family and wish them strength in this difficult time.
