Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above BAWIDE, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R68.85 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Wednesday, 9 July 2008
the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R50.49. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Thursday, 10 July 2008 = R67.945
The VWAP on Friday, 11 July 2008 = R67.7384
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = R67.8417
Rebate payment of R17.3517
Holders will receive R17.3517 for every warrant held.
