NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2008 will be posted to shareholders on Friday 18 July 2008
and contain no modifications to the results which were published on 25 June
2008. Saffery Champness audited the results and the annual financial statements
of Kiwara Plc and their audit report is available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on Friday 18
July 2008. It is expected that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 10:30 a.m. on 19 September 2008 at the Pelham Hotel, 15 Cromwell Place,
London SW7 2LA, to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting.
