WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Aspen shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 6 June
2008, and the subsequent announcement dated 30 June 2008, relating to the
worldwide acquisition of brands by Aspen Global Incorporated.
As a result of those announcements, shareholders of Aspen are accordingly no
longer required to exercise caution when dealing in their Aspen shares.
