Application has been made for the admission of 722,724 shares in Pan African to
trade on AIM and on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited. The shares have
been issued in terms of the Novation Agreement between Pan African and Goldiam
SARL dated 10 April 2006. It is expected that dealings in these new shares will
commence on Monday, 21 July 2008.
Following the issue of these shares, Pan African will have a total of
1,100,589,162 common shares issued.
