TRANSFER OF SANYATI`S LISTING FROM THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE OF THE JSE LIMITED
("ALTX") TO THE MAIN BOARD
Exchange Sponsors is authorised to announce that the JSE has approved the
transfer of the listing of Sanyati from the Altx to the Main Board with effect
from tomorrow, 17 July 2008.
Sanyati is a black empowered civil engineering and construction group, who will
celebrate their twentieth year of operation tomorrow. Sanyati listed on the Altx
two years ago in June 2006 and has achieved targeted turnover of R1 billion in
recently published results for the year to February 2008. The move to the main
board will position Sanyati alongside comparable construction groups.
Sanyati will be in the Construction and Materials, sub-sector Heavy
Construction, sector number 2357.
