Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by Property Index Tracker Managers
(Proprietary) Limited ("PropTrax Managers")
DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustee of PropTrax (being PropTrax Managers and ABSA Bank
Limited respectively) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of
PropTrax SAPY securities recorded in the register in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2008.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 50.94 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 29.95 cents in respect of dividends;
- 2.27 cents in respect of interest; and
- 18.72 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities recorded in the register
at 27 June 2008; and
- be effected on Monday, 21 July 2008.
