DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The trustees of the NewRand Trust (being Webber Wentzel Bowens Trustees IV
(Proprietary) Limited) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of
NewRand Index Securities recorded in the register in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2008.
This distribution will be in an amount of 28.80 cents per NewRand Index
Security, constituted by:
- 5.41 cents in respect of ordinary dividends;
- 9.90 cents in respect of other income; and
- 13.49 cents in respect of a capital payment.
The distribution will be made to all holders of NewRand Index Securities
recorded in the register at 27 June 2008 and will be effected on 22 July 2008.
