Executive Director
SACMH is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Vanessa Lickfold as a non
executive director of the company with effect from 1 August 2008.
Vanessa holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand
as well as an MSc in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University. She was
granted her PhD in Economic Geology from the University of Tasmania, Australia
in 2002.
Vanessa is currently the head of the geosciences division of Kumba Iron Ore
Limited where she is responsible for managing a team of geoscientists in order
to provide Kumba with exploration, mineral resource management and geology
discipline strategies.
