Termination of proposed acquisition and withdrawal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement dated 11 February 2008
and the renewed cautionary announcement dated 19 June 2008.
SELCo shareholders are herby accordingly advised that SELCo and Resource
Management Integration Group (Pty) Limited ("REMIG"), have jointly agreed to
terminate the agreement entered into on 9 February 2008. Directors of SELCo have
cited current market conditions as the primary reason in deciding not to proceed
with the proposed acquisition and reverse listing.
In view of the termination of the proposed acquisition, shareholders are no
longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s shares and
accordingly the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
