RESULTS OF THE CLAW BACK OFFER
The results of the claw back offer to SecureData shareholders of 9 276 471 new
SecureData ordinary shares ("rights shares") at an issue price of 170 cents per
share to raise R15 777 001 ("the claw back offer"), which closed on Friday, 18
July 2008, are set out below.
Applications were received in respect of 12 760 rights shares. In addition,
excess applications were received in respect of 444 rights shares. The rights
shares not subscribed for by SecureData ordinary shareholders or their
renouncees, being 9 263 267 rights shares, were subscribed for by certain
subscribers in terms of the claw back subscription agreements entered into
between themselves and SecureData, as set out in the circular dated 30 June
2008. The claw back offer has accordingly been fully subscribed for.
Share certificates in respect of rights shares subscribed for will be posted to
holders of certificated shares, and holders of dematerialised shares will have
their accounts updated, on or about Monday, 21 July 2008.
