Results of general meeting
Shareholders are notified that at the general meeting of shareholders held on
22 July 2008, the ordinary resolution pertaining to the acquisition of Compass
Glass (Pty) Limited and the special resolution granting the directors a general
authority to repurchase the company`s shares including the authority granted to
the directors to effect and implement the ordinary and special resolutions were
duly passed by the requisite majority of votes. The special resolution will be
lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that Mazor`s listing was transferred from
the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited ("JSE") to the Main Board of the JSE
- "Building Materials & Fixtures" sector with effect from Monday, 14 July 2008.
