With reference to the recent spin-off event announcement by Tiger Brands
Limited, the shareholders will receive 1 Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited share
(ADC) for every 1 Tiger Brands Limited share held.
Details Of The Event:
Last day to trade in order to be eligible for the spin-off event is Friday, 22
August 2008 and record date is Friday, 29 August 2008.
The first dealing date in Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited shares will be Monday,
25 August 2008.
Holders Of The TBSNID Share Instalment Will Be Affected In The Following Way:
For every 1 TBSNID share instalments held, holders will receive 1 Adcock Ingram
Holdings Limited share (ZAE000123436). Please note that holders will receive the
actual Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited share and not share instalments.
The issue date for this spin-off event will be Monday, 1 September 2008.
