Further to the detailed cautionary and renewal of cautionary announcements dated
14 April 2008, 16 April 2008, 20 May 2008 and 12 June 2008, respectively,
shareholders are advised that negotiations with Pinnacle Point Holdings Limited
are still in process which, if successfully concluded may have a material effect
on the price at which the company`s securities trade on the JSE Limited.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
