DECLARED SPECIAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PSG GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("PSGIDB")
With reference to the special dividend announcement, the Directors of PSG Group
Limited have declared a special dividend of 200 cents per ordinary share,
payable on Monday, 11 August 2008 to ordinary shareholders and recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 8 August 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, PSGIDB,
will receive a PSG Group Limited special dividend of 200 cents per security
payable on Monday, 11 August 2008 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 1 August 2008.
PSGIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 4 August 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 8 August 2008.
