CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors hereby announces the following changes to the board (with
effect from 17 June 2008) and senior management:
Mr Michael Ness will retire as non-executive chairman of the company. Mr Ness
will, however, remain on the board as a non-executive director. The board wishes
to thank Mr Ness for the contribution he has made to the company during his
tenure;
Mr Michael Tollman has been appointed as non-executive chairman;
Mr Gavin Tollman has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director;
Mr Brian Jacobs has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 15 July
2008. In addition to his role as Company Secretary, he will also act as Chief
Financial Officer for the company.
