DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("REMIDE")
With reference to the final dividend announcement, the Directors of Remgro
Limited have declared a final dividend of 330 cents per ordinary share payable
on Monday, 18 August 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 15 August 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, REMIDE,
will receive a Remgro Limited final dividend of 330 cents per security payable
on Monday, 18 August 2008, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 8 August 2008.
REMIDE Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 11 August 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 15 August 2008.
