RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Crookes held
on Thursday, 24 July 2008, all the ordinary resolutions as proposed in the
notice of annual general meeting, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present and represented by proxy.
Shareholders are also advised that the Chairman of the Board of Crookes, Mr
Fred Palmer, has stated his intention to retire at the end of the 2008
calendar year. Mr Palmer has been serving as a Board member of Crookes for
the past 28 years, 10 of which he has been Chairman of the Board.
