STATEMENT OF NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE
Shareholders are advised that the net asset value per share as at 30 June 2008
is expected to be between 35% and 45% lower than the 470 cents as at 30 June
2007. This is primarily as a result of the discount rates applied in the
valuations of the group`s investments increasing from 12,46% at 30 June 2007 to
15,10% at 30 June 2008.
This financial information has been prepared on a consistent basis with that
disclosed in the profit and dividend announcement for the year ended 30 June
2007 and has not been reviewed or reported on by the group`s auditors. It is
anticipated that the reviewed profit and dividend announcement for the year
ended 30 June 2008 will be published on or about 2 September 2008.
