KEATON ENERGY BOARD APPOINTMENT
Shareholders are advised that Keaton Energy has appointed Ms Zelda Mostert (35)
as an independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
She has also been appointed as a member of the Keaton Energy Board`s Audit
Committee.
Ms Mostert, a Chartered Accountant, was previously Chief Financial Officer of
Great Basin Gold Limited and Treasurer of Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited.
She holds a B Com (Hons) in Accountancy and an M Com in Financial Management,
both from the University of Pretoria, and a Certificate in the Theory of
Accounting (CTA) from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Keaton Energy Managing Director Paul Miller said: "We are very pleased to
welcome Ms Mostert; she adds both a wealth of financial experience, much of it
acquired in the resources sector, and further strengthens the Keaton Energy
Board."
