With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2008,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements were distributed
to shareholders on 29 July 2008 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 18 June 2008.
The annual financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
Their report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2008 annual general meeting of Remgro
shareholders will be held on Thursday, 21 August 2008 at 15:30 in Magnifica 2 &
3, Protea Hotel Stellenbosch, Techno Avenue, Techno Park, Stellenbosch to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.
