RELEASE OF TEXTAINER QUARTERLY RESULTS
We draw attention to the following news release issued by Textainer Group
Holdings Limited, in which Trencor has a 62,6% interest:
"Hamilton, Bermuda, July 29, 2008 (Business Wire) - Textainer Group Holdings
Limited (NYSE: TGH) ("Textainer" or the "Company"), the world`s largest lessor
of intermodal containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will
announce results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008 on August 5, 2008.
Investors` Webcast
Textainer will hold a conference call and a Webcast at 2:00 p.m. EDT on
Wednesday, August 6, 2008 to discuss Textainer`s second quarter 2008 results.

million containers, representing over 2,000,000 TEU, in our owned and managed
