CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of EOH hereby notifies its shareholders that Tebogo
Skwambane has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company with
immediate effect.
Tebogo, with her extensive experience in the consulting arena, her business
acumen and academic accolades, will be a great asset to EOH.
