In terms of paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa, notice is hereby given that J J Louw, a director of
Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tiger Brands
Limited has exercised 39 300 options, being options that were beneficially held
by him in terms of the Tiger Brands (1985) Share Option Scheme, and has taken a
loan in terms of Tiger Brands (1985) Share Purchase Scheme to fund such
purchase, but has not disposed of any shares.
