NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
period ended 31 March 2008 were posted to shareholders on 25 July 2008 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 2 June
2008. PricewatehouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of Cadiz and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 11:00 on Monday, 18 August 2008, in the boardroom on the 4th Floor, The
Terraces, 25 Protea Place, Claremont, Cape Town to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
