CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, notification
is hereby given that Nosisa Kekana has resigned as Group Company Secretary with
effect from today.
In view of the above, Guy Mottram, the current Group Risk Officer of the
company, will be appointed as acting Group Company Secretary of Group Five with
effect from 1 August 2008.
