CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, it is hereby disclosed
that Norman T Noland, a non-executive director, has tendered his resignation
from the Board of Directors of Sekunjalo ("the Board"), effective 01 August
2008.
On behalf of the Board, Sekunjalo Chairman Dr Iqbal Surve wishes to take this
opportunity to express profound gratitude to Mr. Noland for the invaluable
support and contribution that he unselfishly gave to the company during his
tenure of service. Dr Surve said, "Mr Noland shall surely be missed. We wish
Norman all the best in his years of retirement".
