DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ACL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ARCELORMITTAL
SOUTH AFRICA LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to ARCELORMITTAL SOUTH AFRICA LTD (ACL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 342 cents per share ACLNID instalment
that is payable on Monday, 1 September 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 22 August 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 25 August 2008 and
the record date will be Friday, 29 August 2008.
