RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Ms Amanda Diener has given notice of her resignation as Company Secretary of the
Corporation with effect from 31 July 2008. Highveld extends its appreciation to
Ms Diener for her contribution over the past approximately four years in the
position of Company Secretary of the Corporation and wish her all of the best
with her future plans.
Mrs Catherina Isabella Lewis has been appointed as Company Secretary of the
Corporation with effect from 1 August 2008. Highveld wishes Mrs Lewis well in
this new appointment.
