RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
The directors advise that, at the general meeting of the company`s shareholders
held on 31 July 2008, the requisite majority approved:
- the acquisition by the company of the entire issued share capital of NWJ
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited; and
- the specific issue for cash of 3 387 097 ordinary shares at 62 cents each
to agents in settlement of a portion of their fees.
