NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
29 February 2008 ("the annual financial statements") will be distributed to
shareholders today, Thursday 31 July 2008, and contain no modifications to the
audited results, published on SENS on Tuesday 27 May 2008.
The annual financial statements were audited by Nexia HBLT Chartered Accountants
(East Rand) Inc. whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the
company`s registered office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today
with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby given that the Annual
General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 28 August 2008 at
10:00, at Africa Cellular Corporate Park, 10 Tennyson Drive, Tulisa Park,
Johannesburg, to transact business as stated on the notice of the Annual General
Meeting.
A copy of the Annual Report will be available on Friday 1 August 2008 on the
company`s website: www.africacellular.co.za
