Changes in Directorate
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and subsequent
to the announcement made on 19 June 2008, the Board of Wilson Bayly Holmes -
Ovcon Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Elia Louw Nel
("Louwtjie") as an executive director with effect from 1 August 2008.
Mr Brian Graham Holmes will resign as a non-executive director as a result of
his retirement with effect from 1 August 2008.
Mr Holmes has also resigned from the audit and remuneration committees.
Mr Holmes was one of the founders of the company and was chairman from 1994 to
2002. The board would like to thank Mr Holmes for the major contribution that
he has made to the success of the group and looks forward to Mr Nel`s input to
the Board.
