Voluntary Announcement
In accordance with AIM rule 17 the Company announces the following changes to
the directors disclosures under schedule two, paragraph (g):
Eagle Gold Mines Pty Limited, a private limited company incorporated in
Australia and for which C Lambert is a non-executive director, has been placed
into receivership by a creditor. C Lambert is also a non-executive director of
Braemore.
Monarch Gold Mining Company Limited, a company listed on the Australian Stock
Exchange and for which D Humann previously acted as a non-executive director,
has appointed a voluntary administrator. D Humann is Non-Executive chairman of
Braemore.
There is no further information to be disclosed under schedule two, paragraph
(g) of the AIM rules.
