DISTRIBUTION FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 31 MAY 2008
Unitholders are advised that interest distribution No. 33 in respect of the
period 1 March to 31 May 2008 of 14.0 cents per linked unit has been declared,
representing an increase of 11.1% over the 12.6 cents declared in the comparable
period of the previous financial year.

Unitholders may not de-materialise or re-materialise their linked units between
