CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

information is disclosed:
Dr Yvonne Dladla has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to
the board of the Kelly Group, with effect from 30 July 2008.
Dladla holds a doctorate in philosophy in sociology and social work, which she
obtained at Boston University in the USA in 1991. She is currently an executive
director of Productivity SA (formerly NPI) and has previously held a number of
senior management positions at South African National Parks including director
of social ecology and chairperson of the transformation task group.
Dladla sits on the boards of Productivity SA, the World Network of Productivity
Organisations and Thebe Tourism Group as well as the council of the University
of the Western Cape.
