APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of Bongiwe Njobe, Phil Roux
and Neil Brimacombe as Executive Directors of the Company. The appointment of
Phil Roux and Neil Brimacombe is with effect from 1 August 2008. Bongiwe Njobe
joins Tiger Brands on the 11 August 2008 and her appointment as an executive
director will be with effect from that date.
