NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the fourteen months ended 29 February 2008,
were posted to shareholders on 1 August 2008 and contains no changes to the
audited financial results which were announced on SENS on Wednesday, 7 May 2008
and in the press on Thursday, 8 May 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Adcorp shareholders
will be held at Block A, 28 on Sloane, Sloane Street, Bryanston, Johannesburg,
at 09h00 on Wednesday, 27 August 2008, to transact business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting of shareholders circulated together with the
annual financial statements.
