REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the twenty eighth (28th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Trans
Hex held today, 1 August 2008, the requisite majority of shareholders approved
all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
