DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MNP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI PLC and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI PLC ( MNP) the Trustees
of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 7.7 Euro cents which
is equivalent to 88.68113 cents per MNPNIB share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 16 September 2008.The payment per share instalment holder will be
rounded to 2 decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 22 August 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 25 August 2008 and the
record date is Friday, 29 August 2008.
