FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued on 26 March 2008
and renewed on 8 May 2008, as well as the cautionary announcement released on 13
June 2008, which is unrelated to the first cautionary announcement.
Shareholders are advised that Credit U is still involved in negotiations
relating to both these cautionary announcements, which if successfully
concluded, may have an effect on the price at which Credit U`s securities trade
on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the company`s securities until full announcements are
made.
