DIRECTORATE CHANGES
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Placecol advises
the following changes to the Board:
The appointment of Ms Susan du Toit as an independent non-executive director
with effect from 1 August 2008. Susan is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has
held a number of positions within Ernst & Young culminating in the position as
Audit Partner and Team Leader for a group of audit partners. Susan has also
been appointed Chairman of the company`s Audit Committee;
The resignations of CE Chimombe-Munyoro and T Dingaan as non-executive directors
of the company with effect from 1 August 2008. The Board records its
appreciation for the services provided to the company by these two non-executive
directors.
