Requirements, Value Group Limited advises herewith that Mr Garth James Igesund
has tendered his resignation with effect from 1 August 2008. Garth and his
family are planning to emigrate towards the end of September 2008. During this
interim period he will be handing over his responsibilities and duties.
The Board wishes to express its sincere appreciation for Garth`s valuable
contribution to Value Group Limited over the past 9 years and wishes him and his
family every success in their future endeavours.
