DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GFI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GOLD FIELDS LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GOLD FIELDS LTD (GFI)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
120 cents per GFINNA share instalment that is payable on Monday, 25 August 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 15 August 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 18 August 2008 and the
record date will be Friday, 22 August 2008.
