RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement dated 30
June 2008 and with reference thereto are herewith advised that as per the
initial agreement with NUCOCO the second USD20 000 has been paid and the due
diligence is continuing.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a further announcement is made in this regard on
finalisation of the due diligence and on agreement on the final terms of the
contract.
