REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Datatec Limited ("Datatec", JSE and LSE: DTC),
held at 12h00 today, 4 August 2008, all the ordinary and special resolutions, as
proposed in the notice to the annual general meeting, were passed, other than
Ordinary Resolution number 9 - general authority to issue ordinary shares for
cash - which was withdrawn prior to the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
