Further to the cautionary announcements, the last of which was released on SENS
on 23 June 2008, Samroc shareholders are advised that the negotiations referred
to therein are still taking place which, if successfully concluded, may have an
effect on the price of the company`s shares.
Accordingly, Samroc shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in their Samroc shares until a further announcement is made.
