RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors advise that, at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders held at the registered offices of the company on Wednesday, 6
August 2008, the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting contained in the company`s 2008 Annual Financial Statements,
were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution in terms of the mandate given to the company (or one of
its wholly-owned subsidiaries) providing authorization, by way of a general
approval to acquire the company`s own securities was similarly adopted and is in
the process of being submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office for registration.
