TRADING STATEMENT
Kwikspace hereby notifies it is expected that for the financial year ended 31
May 2008, that both headline earnings and basic earnings per share will be
between 78 cents and 84 cents per share.
The results for the financial year ended 31 May 2007 as set out in the
Prospectus to shareholders dated 17 October 2007 does not provide a suitable
basis for comparison as these included only 6 months of operational results.
The business of Kwikspace operated as a division of Steelwood Africa (Pty) Ltd
for the first six months of the financial year ending 31 May 2007.
The information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
and reported on by the Company`s auditors.
The results are expected to be published on or about 7 August 2008.
